What is the main goal for this project?

We are in the process of launching our rebrand. This includes an updated visual brand, a new suite of service offerings, and a new website.


We'd love to partner with students to develop a social media marketing campaign that will deploy in the weeks following our launch. Through this campaign, we'd like to educate our current following on our changes as well as provide prospects with a polished platform.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

During this campaign and partnership, we expect students to:

  • Identify which social media channels and strategies are most suitable for our company.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Determine optimal posting frequency and best content type(s).
  • Create a 3-month content calendar and advise on how to leverage social media channels to reach both current clients and prospects.
  • Preferred but not required: provide accompanying copy and graphics/video for each planned content piece.


The 3-month content calendar can be delivered in whichever format the student sees fit best. The content calendar should include:

  • The dates or frequency that the students determine are optimal.
  • The topic that each date should cover.
  • The accompanying copy and graphic/video (if applicable). If a visual is not available, a description of what the graphic/video should look and feel like.


How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be available each day to provide guidance and answers to questions that may come up. We will also ensure that there's a thorough onboarding workshop to educate on our company, goals, target audience, branding, new assets, etc.

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Students should have experience with:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Competitor Research
  • Relevant social media platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar (to design accompanying assets - if applicable)
