What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to generate a pipeline of qualified sales prospects for Kiso HQ, a company that provides tech sales training and job search support for Africa's youthful workforce to access global work opportunities. The project will involve the following steps for the students:


- Researching and understanding the target market for Kiso HQ's services.


- Identifying potential early stage startups in the US, UK, and Europe that would benefit from Kiso HQ's salespeople.


- Developing a strategy to reach out to these startups and generate interest in Kiso HQ's services.


- Creating a database of qualified sales prospects and maintaining regular communication with them.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive report on the target market and potential early stage startups.


- A strategy document outlining the approach to reach out to the identified startups.


- A database of qualified sales prospects with documented communication efforts.



Final deliverables:


- A presentation summarizing the findings and strategy to generate qualified sales prospects for Kiso HQ.


How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • We will provide insignts into the early stage startup space and will collaboare with the studenst throughout the entire project from conceptualization, planning, implementation, and review.
