What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create a new client onboarding experience for Apparel Redefined that "wows" and is consistent with the company's mission and values. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Researching the current client onboarding process and identifying pain points and areas for improvement.


- Collaborating with the company's team to understand the company's mission, values, and goals.


- Designing a new client onboarding experience that aligns with the company's brand and provides a seamless and positive experience for new clients.


- Developing a plan for implementing the new client onboarding experience and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive analysis of the current client onboarding process, including identified pain points and areas for improvement.


- A detailed design proposal for the new client onboarding experience, including mockups and user flows.


- A plan for implementing the new client onboarding experience, including a timeline and resources needed.


- A presentation to the company's stakeholders outlining the proposed changes and the expected impact on the client onboarding process.



Final deliverables:


- A finalized design proposal for the new client onboarding experience.


- A detailed implementation plan with a timeline and resource allocation.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

There will be weekly meeting or bi-weekly meetings as needed. Students will connect with myself (CEO) for support and questions

In order to complete this project, the team will need to have the following skills:

Nice to haves for the team include:


- Knowledge of client onboarding best practices
