Enabled Talent is building a global platform that bridges the disability employment gap through inclusive, tech-enabled hiring solutions. This project aims to co-create a recruitment and selection playbook that empowers employers to design accessible, equitable, and bias-free hiring systems. The objective is to help organizations attract, evaluate, and onboard talent with disabilities by offering practical tools—from inclusive job descriptions to interview guides and candidate engagement strategies. By aligning with accessibility standards and real-world challenges, the playbook will drive systemic inclusion and provide companies with clear, actionable frameworks. Students will contribute by researching best practices, analyzing gaps in current recruitment approaches, and developing employer-ready content tailored to real hiring needs.

Deliverables

The project will result in a detailed recruitment and selection playbook tailored for inclusive hiring. Key deliverables include:

- A guide for creating accessible job descriptions.

- Best practices for conducting inclusive interviews.
