Details

The Food Water Wellness Foundation seeks to develop a comprehensive business plan for its profit entity to secure funding. The primary goal is to articulate the organization's key offerings, value proposition, and financial plan to attract potential investors. The foundation focuses on fostering long-term adoption of Best Management Practices (BMPs) that enhance soil health and biodiversity. By creating financial incentives through the ecological goods and services marketplace, the organization aims to quantify ecological outcomes and provide producers with verified ecosystem service credits. This project will enable learners to apply their classroom knowledge in business planning, financial analysis, and strategic communication to support sustainable land management initiatives. The project will involve researching market trends, analyzing financial data, and crafting a compelling narrative to highlight the foundation's impact and potential for growth.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed business plan and a slide deck presentation. The business plan will cover the organization's key offerings, value proposition, and financial strategy. The slide deck will be designed to effectively communicate the business plan to potential investors, highlighting the foundation's mission and market opportunities.
