Enabled Talent aims to enhance its B2B platform by increasing employer sign-ups and promoting inclusive hiring practices. The project focuses on developing a comprehensive digital strategy that leverages LinkedIn content and PPC campaigns to reach HR professionals. Additionally, the project will involve creating a CRM/email funnel to nurture HR leads, optimizing Google Ads for DEI-related search terms, and conducting competitor benchmarking to identify best practices. The goal is to apply classroom knowledge in digital marketing and analytics to drive measurable growth in employer engagement and adoption of inclusive hiring. This project offers learners the opportunity to work on real-world digital marketing strategies, enhancing their skills in SEO, PPC, and CRM management.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed digital marketing strategy document outlining LinkedIn content plans, PPC campaign structures, and CRM/email funnel designs.
