Ink An Epic is a storytelling startup transforming classic literature into immersive, beautifully illustrated graphic novels for children and teens. We’re preparing to launch on Amazon (print + eBook), and we want your help to craft a comprehensive marketing strategy—covering everything from Amazon Ads to social buzz.

You’ll help us answer:

Who do we target? What messaging works? How do we create buzz and drive early adoption?

Deliverables

Project Goals:

Create a robust go-to-market strategy for Ink An Epic’s first product launch. This includes:

  • Market analysis and strategic positioning in market
  • Distribution Strategy - E.g. Digital launch plan for both physical and eBook formats (focused on Amazon.) But feel free to recommend any other platforms or distribution channels
  • Social media and influencer marketing strategy
  • Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan
  • Campaign performance measurement metrics
  • Final presentation of recommendations to the Ink An Epic team

Deliverables:

  1. Comprehensive Marketing Strategy Document – including targeting, messaging, and rollout plan
  2. Situational and Environmental Analysis Report – using frameworks such as SWOT or PESTLE
  3. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Plan – covering Amazon Ads, social media, and outreach
  4. Marketing Plan Performance Evaluation Matrix – with KPIs and tracking suggestions
  5. Final Presentation Deck – Present clear, actionable recommendations
  6. ✅ Optional creative assets – social content ideas, influencer shortlists, campaign mockups, etc.

  • Gift buyers (e.g., aunts, uncles, grandparents)
