The main goal of this project is to assess skilled labor availability, develop hiring and retention strategies, and expand S & S Foods' customer base with a focus on engaging the local Can-Indian community. Learners will research labor market trends, propose strategies for hiring and retention, and identify opportunities to attract and connect with local customers. Final deliverables include a labor market report, a hiring and retention strategy, and a plan to expand business outreach within the Can-Indian community.
