This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Conducting background research on other govt business websites
. Familiarizing themselves with our business capabilities.
- Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results & implementing them into our web site.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending website improvements based on findings.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Online meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype
- UI / UX design principles
Nice to haves for students include:
- Knowledge about user research methodologies and interviews
Again, students can complete this project without any of the prior knowledge listed here. Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
