Project scope
- What is the main goal for this project?
-
I would like students to help me to create content that is aligned with my vision, mission, and sector. I will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for my company.
I am looking for an intern to write a story, or a series of short-stories from the point of view of a person with migraine, and perhaps from the point of view of a family member of someone with migraine. The aim is is to two-fold: reduce isolation for those with migraine, and to raise awareness in the general population.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
-
To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Write a fiction short story based on non-fiction experiences and realities, from the point of view of an adult
- Write a fiction short story based on non-fiction experiences and realities, from the point of view of a teen living with migraine
- Write a fiction short story based on non-fiction experience and realities, from the point of view of a family member living with someone with migraine.
A student with excellent writing skills, creative thinking and with lived experience (from any of the above perspectives) would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Natanya Coaching provides, in the main, migraine coaching. As a migraine coach I guide people through a process of learning to manage their diagnosis, their attacks, and the various neurological symptoms so that people with migraine can live fuller, happier lives.
Migraine coaching is not about a cure-all or some quick fix. It is about the client being in the drivers seat, taking their lives back in the most positive way: one day at a time. It is about recognizing that there will be ups and downs, and learning to manage these times to gain some level of freedom and control.
A secondary service that Natanya Coaching provides is a debriefing service, which is often of use for other coaches or client-facing providers. When people are feeling overwhelmed, and just need a quick call to talk something through with a sympathetic ear, this service is for them!
