Details

Cadabble aims to solve the inefficiency of real-time service access by creating an AI-powered, geolocation-driven "map" search and booking platform. Existing platforms are fragmented, slow, and do not prioritize immediate solutions for users and businesses. Our goal is to streamline service discovery, booking, and secure payment in real-time while optimizing response times for both daily needs and critical emergencies.

Deliverables

Cadabble Project Plan & Sprint Overview

Project Goals

  • Develop a seamless AI-powered service platform integrating real-time service matching, booking, and payment solutions.
  • Optimize AI-driven geolocation technology for predictive resource allocation.
  • Implement strong cybersecurity measures(or recommendations), including encryption, authentication, and fraud detection.
  • Conduct market validation, usability testing, and refine platform based on real-world feedback.
  • Scale the platform to support SME onboarding, disaster relief applications, and future market expansion.

Review Requirements & Existing Designs

Current State of the Product

  • Cadabble is in the MVP phase, with core AI matching, geolocation, and service booking systems under development.
  • Early user research has provided insights into pain points in existing service discovery solutions.
  • UI/UX wireframes have been drafted, but need validation through user testing and refinements.

Key Areas for Improvement

  1. Design Audit: Evaluate user flows for friction points and optimize usability.
  2. Competitive Research: Analyze competing platforms (Google, Bing, Yelp) for design strengths/weaknesses.
  3. User Research: Conduct surveys, interviews, and persona development to align features with user needs.
  4. Usability Testing: Validate the platform’s ease of use, intuitive design, and interaction flow.
  5. AI Algorithm Optimization: Improve recommendation accuracy, response times, and predictive matching.
  6. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement advanced authentication, secure transactions, and GDPR-compliant data handling.

Final Deliverables

  • DeliverableDescriptionDesign Audit Report-Identify user flow issues, pain points, and areas for UX improvements.
  • Competitive Research Analysis-Compare Cadabble’s UX against competitors and provide actionable recommendations.
  • User Research Summary-Document user personas, feedback, and pain points gathered through research.
  • Usability Testing Report-Summarize findings from user testing sessions and recommended UI/UX improvements.
  • Wireframes & Mockups-High-fidelity designs showcasing enhanced user flows and interaction improvements.
  • Interactive Prototype (Figma)-Clickable prototype simulating real user interactions for validation.
  • Final Platform Report-Comprehensive package including research insights, testing results, and final design recommendations.

(Key points to consider when choosing a design tool):

  • Collaboration features: How well does the system support real-time collaboration with multiple users?
  • Prototyping capabilities: Does it allow for creating interactive prototypes with advanced animations and transitions?
  • Design handoff: Can it easily export design assets and specifications for developers?
  • Integration with other tools: Does it integrate seamlessly with existing design workflow, like other Adobe products?
