Pomelo Studio Inc is seeking a creative and engaging animation to announce the launch of a new store for one of the pioneering prebiotic soda companies. The goal of this project is to create a visually appealing and informative animation that captures the essence of the brand and excites potential customers about a new distributor partnership (ie. now available at Loblaws). The animation should effectively communicate the unique benefits of prebiotic soda, such as promoting gut health, while also highlighting the store's location and flavors available. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their skills in animation, storytelling, and marketing. The animation should be concise, ideally between 15 to 30 seconds, and suitable for sharing on social media platforms and the company's website. The project will require collaboration among team members to brainstorm ideas, create storyboards, and produce the final animation.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable for this project is a polished and professional animation video that announces the store opening. The video should include key information such as the store's location, opening date, and the benefits of prebiotic soda. Additional deliverables include a storyboard outlining the animation sequence and a brief report detailing the creative process and decisions made during the project. The final animation should be in a format suitable for online distribution, ensuring compatibility with various social media platforms.

You recognize the opportunities within the ever-increasing challenges humanity faces. You know it can’t all be negatively or doomsaying and that opportunities are born from hardship. It’s about breaking away from the ‘the way it’s always been done’ to inspire change and solve the world’s biggest problems.

It’s hard. Changing perspectives, conveying complex messages, limited resources, building trust, and ultimately competing for attention can be overwhelming, all the while traditional brands are fiercely supported by daunting resources. But that’s not stopping you from taking it one step at a time. Whether you’re making soap without plastic, supplying affordable and healthy food to your community, or building a renewable energy network, your mission is clear.

Motion design and animation can simplify complexity and create emotional connections. By delivering facts with personality and character-driven stories you can connect with audiences, entertain them and open minds.

Our goal is to make the world a better place by making products, services, and organizations that do the same irresistible.
