We help users find the best solution for them, considering their needs, out-of-pocket costs, insurance, and preferences. Every employee is different, and their wellbeing benefits should be, too.
About the Project
In this project, students will conduct market research about the wellness benefits space, to map existing solutions, methods of delivery and communication, packages and market share. They will integrate data coming from previous studies related to employee participation, satisfaction, and productivity. Our goal is to create a full picture of the existing solutions, how they are being utilized and their quantitative values (& ROI) for the employer.
Students will be requested to integrate all the information into a singular industry report.
Students will have to be organized, demonstrate analytic thinking, and dive deep into the market to analyse existing and new data.

- Market research of mental health and wellbeing benefits types, EAPs, teletherapy, and wellness packages.
- Data visualization and integration of information
- Writing a full report about their findings.

We will be available for questions, thoughts and comments via email and zoom throughout the project.
In addition, our program includes a 1-hour mentorship session weekly, for progress updates and tasks review.

Students will gain experience with data visualization tools, Excel / Google sheets, and presentations.
