- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to debug and clean up Gatherly Social's existing mobile app on both iOS and Android, and build out new functionality. The intern will use Bubble.io (low-code development platform) and BDK (mobile app wrapper for Bubble.io applications)
The intern's responsibilities will include:
- Debugging existing code and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cleaning up existing code and refactoring for better performance.
- Building out new features and functionality.
- Testing the app for bugs and errors.
- Optimizing the app for better user experience.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, interns should demonstrate:
-Proficiency in utilizing Bubble.io and BDK for web and mobile app development
- Understanding of Gatherly Social's existing app schema.
- Ability to debug and clean up existing code in Bubble.io
- Ability to build out new features and functionality.
- Ability to identify and rectify bugs and errors in the app.
- Ability to optimize the app for better user experience.
Final deliverables should include:
- A full operational company website and iOS and Android mobile applications with existing bugs rectified and 3-4 new features added.
- A written report explaining edits made to rectify bugs and new features and functionality added.
-A written report suggesting new features/functionality that could be added to the application in the future to improve user experience or product usefulness.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Learners who complete this project will:
1) Be paid at an hourly rate for 8-20 hours/week of work depending on intern availability and current project demands. At the start of the internship, the intern will be paid $16.00/hr.
2) Each month, the intern will have the opportunity to receive a merit-based hourly rate increase of $0.50/hr. until they reach $23/hr. Merit increases are not guaranteed and subject to Gatherly staff's assessment of the intern's performance.
3) Gain access to support, teaching, and mentorship as they grow as a Bubble.io developer
