Our company relies heavily on information technology (IT) services to manage data. We want to develop a roadmap for getting our IT assets and capabilities where they need to be to ensure future competitiveness and success in our industry.
We would like to collaborate with students to create a strategic information technology (IT) plan based on a needs assessment.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing yourself with our mission and vision statements.
- Completing a needs assessment.
- Researching industry / competitor trends and capabilities.
- Blockchain Development/ decentralized infrastructure
- Smart Contract Programming
- Agile Project Management
- Data Management
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
