- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to hire interns who can assist in building the social media presence of BELCO Design & Real Estate by establishing a campaign, channels, and funnels for client acquisition. The interns will also be responsible for determining the best methods of increasing the number of followers on all major platforms by 10 times in the next year.
This will involve several different steps for the interns, including:
- Creating a comprehensive and effective social media strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values
- Developing a consistent and engaging content creation and distribution plan that attracts and retains the target audience
- Formulating a measurable and achievable growth plan that tracks and evaluates the performance and impact of the social media efforts
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning and development for the interns and the company
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, interns should have completed the following tasks:
- A comprehensive and effective social media strategy document
- A consistent and engaging content creation and distribution plan
- A measurable and achievable growth plan with performance tracking and evaluation
- A positive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning and development
Final deliverables:
- A detailed report outlining the social media strategy, content plan, and growth plan
- A presentation explaining the strategy and plans to the company stakeholders

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

- Staff time: We will assign a dedicated mentor to each learner group, who will guide them through the project phases, answer their questions, and give them feedback and suggestions. The instructor and the mentor will be available for online consultations and meetings throughout the project duration.
- Access to tools and technology: We will give learners access to the back end of OREA, CREA, and all project management tools, such as Trello, Asana, Google Drive, etc. These tools will help learners access and analyze real estate data, communicate and collaborate with their peers and instructors, and manage their project tasks and deliverables.
- Access to data: We will provide learners with access to relevant and reliable real estate data sources, such as MLS, Zillow, Realtor.ca, Dotloop, Webforms etc. These data sources will help learners conduct market research, identify opportunities, and evaluate properties. We will also teach learners how to use data visualization and presentation tools

In order to successfully complete this project, interns should possess the following skills:
- Creative and innovative thinking for generating original and relevant ideas for social media content and campaigns
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools, such as TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills for optimizing and improving social media results
- Self-motivation and proactive learning abilities to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders
