Northern Élan Canada is a new social service initiative based in Canada that focuses on supporting newcomers, with a particular emphasis on international students. Our mission is to provide guidance, growth, and connection through personalized settlement and integration services. We are seeking a creative and professional website designer/developer who can bring our vision to life through a warm, welcoming, and accessible digital presence.

The ideal candidate will understand how to design a minimalist yet engaging site that reflects our core values of community, orientation, and empowerment. We want a site that feels inviting to youth and newcomers, is multilingual (EN/FR), and clearly communicates our services and impact.

✅ What We Need From You:

1. Design & Build a Simple, Functional Website (4–5 Pages):

• Homepage
• For Students (how we help them apply, and connect with schools)
• Integration Services (help with social services, housing, etc.)
• About Us (who we are, mission, values, school boards we work with)
• Contact Page (form or email)

2. Bilingual Content:

• Website must be available in both English and French.
• We will help with French translation if needed.

3. Branding & Style:

• Use our provided logo and color scheme (red, green, soft peaceful tones).
• Include our slogan:
• “Guidance. Growth. Connection.” / “Orientation. Épanouissement. Lien.”
• Use friendly fonts, soft visuals, and a layout that inspires trust and approachability.

4. Mobile Friendly + Easy Navigation:

• Clean layout, mobile responsive.
• Clear menu bar (not cluttered).
