Learners will analyze existing customer, produce, and recipe data to optimize the weekly product choices available to customers, increasing retention and customer satisfaction as well as operational efficiency for a meal prep kit business. Deliverables will include pdf reports and databases.

Learners will:

1. Analyze customer taste preferences based on customer order history.
2. Analyze allergen and food-type avoidance based on customer order history.
3. Create a comprehensive database of annual produce availability based on historical availability lists.
4. Create a comprehensive and searchable database of recipes that allows for recipe selection and filtering based on unique ingredients and production requirements.

Deliverables for (1) and (2) are in the form of a pdf report. Deliverables (3) and (4) are the databases themselves with a report on any information critical to the database (i.e. how to update it, what was considered out of bounds in developing it, how to interact with it, etc.)
