The project aims to address the existing gaps in public policies related to disability-inclusive employment. Despite various national and global frameworks advocating for accessibility and inclusion, there are still significant barriers that prevent individuals with disabilities from fully participating in the workforce. This project will involve a comprehensive analysis of current public policies, identifying areas where they fall short in promoting disability-inclusive employment. The goal is to provide evidence-based recommendations that align with both national and international accessibility standards. By doing so, the project seeks to contribute to the development of more inclusive employment practices that can be adopted by policymakers and organizations alike. The project will focus on a small number of closely related tasks, ensuring that the analysis is thorough yet manageable within the given timeframe.
