The Centre for Sustainable Access to Health in Africa (CeSAHA) is seeking to enhance its project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of its health initiatives. The goal of this project is to identify and implement the most effective project management methodologies and processes tailored to CeSAHA's unique operational context. Learners will analyze current project management practices within the organization, evaluate various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, and recommend the most suitable one. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to a real-world scenario, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness in health-related projects.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of current project management practices at CeSAHA, a comparison of different methodologies, and a set of recommendations for the optimal methodology and processes. Additionally, learners will create a presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations, which will be delivered to CeSAHA's management team. These deliverables will provide CeSAHA with actionable insights to enhance their project management strategies.
