Lifeline is seeking a team of learners to contribute to its Change Management Thought Leadership Initiative. The project involves researching and developing 2-3 thought leadership articles on current trends and challenges in change management. These articles will be published on the ShiftRight website, showcasing innovative ideas and solutions. The project aims to enhance Lifeline's presence in the industry by providing valuable insights and engaging content. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of change management and report writing to produce high-quality articles. Additionally, the project includes creating visually appealing graphics using tools like Adobe and Canva to accompany the articles and promote them on social media. The team will also support the development of presentation decks and perform related administrative tasks.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include:



- 2-3 well-researched and professionally written thought leadership articles on change management.


- A set of visually engaging graphics designed for each article, suitable for publication on social media.


- A presentation deck summarizing the key findings and insights from the articles.


- Completion of administrative tasks related to the publication and promotion of the articles.
