We are looking for motivated & talented iOS Developers to join the founding team & contribute to the development of Tessellate, our innovative design application for the Apple Vision Pro. As a Founder, you will manage operations, development and marketing.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Responsible for overall leadership & strategic direction of Tessellate.
- Actively participates in coding & development tasks as needed.
- Oversees the development & execution of business strategies.
- Manages investor relations & fundraising efforts.
- Acts as a spokesperson & ambassador for Tessellate.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO):
- Leads the technical vision & roadmap for Tessellate.
- Actively contributes to coding & technical development tasks.
- Oversees the design, development, & implementation of software solutions.
- Ensures the scalability, security, & performance of the Tessellate platform.
- Collaborates closely with the development team to review code, resolve technical issues, & implement best practices.
Chief Operations Officer (COO):
- Manages day-to-day operations & business processes.
- Actively engages in coding & operational tasks to support the team.
- Develops & implements operational policies & procedures.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitors key performance metrics & identifies areas for improvement.

- Optimize app performance for a wide range of iOS devices & screen sizes.
- Conduct thorough testing & debugging to deliver high-quality, bug-free code.
- Stay informed about the latest iOS development trends & technologies.
- Lead the launch of the application into the market.
- Drive user growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop & execute long-term business strategies, including fundraising efforts & investor relations.
- Engage in strategic planning & decision-making to drive the growth & success of the Tessellate app & business.
- Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, & customers, to support the long-term sustainability & expansion of the business.
- Demonstrate strong leadership & entrepreneurial skills to guide the company through various stages of growth & development.
