- What is the main goal for this project?

I’m looking for a series of white papers to be written on future of work topics. These could include use of AI in collaborative work, aligning HR strategy with corporate strategy, how to adapt to economic shifts as an employer, how to share hard messages with employees, how to engage employees in stressful times, how to create a cohesive team, how to design an efficient organization, etc. These should include research and stats from various sources and be relevant and interesting for management-level readers. They will be used in sales and education campaigns and be posted on the company website and linked across social media.
This initiative will provide great learning opportunities in the future of work space, working with a senior executive who will act as a mentor. It will also provide experience in corporate/professional writing.

- Use research skills to find credible sources and pull out most relevant information
- Think in a structured way to design the flow of white papers
- Use strong writing skills (and enjoyment of writing) to draft white papers

I will provide active coaching and mentorship on soft skills as well as technical skills. I will also share subject matter expertise and thought leadership. If this person is located in Toronto, I will invite them for interested learning events where they will build their network. If not in Toronto, I will share regular virtual learning opportunities as they arise.
