Strategic Plan Development for Réseau ACCESS Network

Réseau ACCESS Network, a 35-year-old organization, is nearing the end of its current strategic plan in 2025. The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+, PWLLE/PWUD Healthcare, wrap-around services, and holistic supports. The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan along with an operational implementation plan that will guide the organization for the next five years. The plan should address the needs of priority populations including PWLLE, PWUD, Women, Indigenous, and ACB communities. This project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge in strategic planning, healthcare, and community services to create a comprehensive and actionable plan.

Harm Reduction Awareness Marketing Campaign

The Réseau ACCESS Network aims to create a comprehensive marketing campaign to highlight the benefits of Harm Reduction programs and services. The goal is to educate the public and stakeholders about the importance and effectiveness of these programs in reducing harm related to substance use. The campaign will leverage evidence-based research and data, as well as insights and testimonials from People With Lived and Living Experience/Expertise (PWLLE), and people who have lost loved ones to the toxic drug supply. The project will involve creating engaging video content and a series of social media posts to disseminate this information widely. This initiative seeks to foster a better understanding and acceptance of Harm Reduction strategies within the community. Key points: - Educate the public on Harm Reduction benefits. - Use evidence-based research and data. - Incorporate insights from PWLLE. - Create social media content (potentially short videos). - Promote community understanding and acceptance. - Reduce stigma and look at how many stigma campaigns have led to increased stigma.
