Strategic Plan Development for Réseau ACCESS Network
Réseau ACCESS Network, a 35-year-old organization, is nearing the end of its current strategic plan in 2025. The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+, PWLLE/PWUD Healthcare, wrap-around services, and holistic supports. The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan along with an operational implementation plan that will guide the organization for the next five years. The plan should address the needs of priority populations including PWLLE, PWUD, Women, Indigenous, and ACB communities. This project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge in strategic planning, healthcare, and community services to create a comprehensive and actionable plan.
