Details

Caredara, a home care platform, has developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) aimed at facilitating interactions between seniors and healthcare practitioners. The current project seeks to evaluate the UI/UX of this MVP to identify areas for improvement in usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. The primary focus is to ensure that the platform is intuitive and accessible for both seniors, who may have limited technological proficiency, and healthcare practitioners, who require efficient workflows. Students will apply user research methodologies and design principles to gather insights and propose enhancements. This project offers an opportunity to bridge classroom knowledge with real-world application, focusing on user-centered design and inclusive technology solutions.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a comprehensive report detailing the findings from user research and usability testing. Students will provide a set of prioritized recommendations for UI/UX improvements, supported by design mockups or wireframes. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the research insights and proposed enhancements will be delivered to Caredara's development team. The deliverables aim to guide the development of a production-ready app that meets the needs of its diverse user base.
