What is the main goal for this project?
  • Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify gaps in training and development that can lead to improved performance of new and existing employees.
  • Propose training and development solutions aligned with your organization’s competencies.
  • Create a training plan for our Director of Donor Development leader.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify a training and development plan that can lead to improved performance.
  • Create a training plan for training existing employees on new processes or procedures (i.e. donor development cultivation and nurturing), or to support funding efforts in the organization.
  • Create a needs analysis plan that you can take forward and implement (e.g. templates for surveys, questions, etc.).
  • Create a high-level plan for Leadership Development, Career Development Training
How will you support learners in completing the project?

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?
  • Ability to build a detailed employee life cycle journey map for increased performance.
  • Understand organization’s competencies.
