What is the main goal for this project?: Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify gaps in training and development that can lead to improved performance of new and existing employees.
Propose training and development solutions aligned with your organization’s competencies.
Create a training plan for our Director of Donor Development leader.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify a training and development plan that can lead to improved performance.
Create a training plan for training existing employees on new processes or procedures (i.e. donor development cultivation and nurturing), or to support funding efforts in the organization.
Create a needs analysis plan that you can take forward and implement (e.g. templates for surveys, questions, etc.).
Create a high-level plan for Leadership Development, Career Development Training
