Our company would like to secure architect support for our new state-of-the-arts equipping institute in the Alpharetta, GA area. It is a 120K square feet building with the majority with walk in usable space and design and half the building in need for architect layout producing a revenue model to support the building annual operating expenses. In advance of any office buildout. our company would like to concept build a dream equipping and learning institute to support our mission of becoming the equipping and coaching center for families in the world.This will involve:Conduct background research on our organization. Identify what potential like-minded partners we should consider for space.Creation of a detailed architecture model, highlighting key components of a state-of-the-art equipping and coaching institute for parenting. Collaborate on a revenue model for the institute. Design of two 26K square feet floors for potential lease space.
