Set 2 Close is seeking to enhance the efficiency of its revenue-generating processes by conducting a comprehensive analysis of its current revenue architecture. The project aims to identify inefficiencies and gaps in the processes used by sales, operations, project managers, and account managers. By leveraging data analytics tools such as HubSpot, Vasco, and Teamwork, the project will provide insights into how these teams can achieve greater efficacy. The goal is to streamline operations, improve collaboration, and ultimately increase revenue. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge of data analytics and process optimization in a real-world setting, focusing on identifying and addressing specific areas for improvement within the company's existing systems.

Deliverables

The project will deliver a detailed report outlining the findings of the gap analysis, including specific inefficiencies and recommended process improvements. Additionally, a presentation will be prepared to communicate these findings to Set 2 Close's management team.
