The goal of this project is to provide an objective analysis of the ALO - Adaptable Learning Organization - Accountability Framework developed by Georgia LEARNS Community. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Reviewing the framework and its components.
- Analyzing the framework and its components in detail.
- Identifying areas for improvement and potential applications.
- Developing a set of recommendations based on the analysis.
- Creating a report summarizing the findings and recommendations.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

Learners will have direct access to the Founder of Georgia LEARNS and will be able to participate in their choice of activities designed and developed with the ALO.
Virtual access via a weekly "office hours" and/or small group presentations will be provided.
Access to the website that support the ALO and access to a significant community of practitioners will also be available.
Our goal is to benefit from the insights we gain while building a solid corporate network and community access for the students.

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Instructional Design
- Learning Theory
- Research Methods
- Data Analysis
- Report Writing
Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
