This project offers learners the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in data analysis and CRM tools to real-world business scenarios.
Revenue Process Optimization Analysis
Set 2 Close is seeking to enhance the efficiency of its revenue-generating processes by conducting a comprehensive analysis of its current revenue architecture. The project aims to identify inefficiencies and gaps in the processes used by sales, operations, project managers, and account managers. By leveraging data analytics tools such as HubSpot, Vasco, and Teamwork, the project will provide insights into how these teams can achieve greater efficacy. Set 2 Close is seeking to enhance the integration between two cloud-based systems, Gingr and HubSpot, by developing a real-time data processing solution. The project involves using AWS to filter incoming Webhook Packages and establish a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system to manage data flow. The primary objective is to queue and parse JSON payloads to extract relevant mappable properties, ensuring seamless updates between the two platforms. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of cloud computing, data processing, and integration techniques. The tasks are closely related and designed to be completed within a single academic program, focusing on practical application of classroom concepts.
SOC 2 Compliance Assessment and Recommendation Project
Assess the current SOC 2 compliance readiness of Set2Close’s systems, with a focus on HubSpot integration. Students will analyze the existing setup, identify gaps, and provide a detailed report and roadmap for achieving SOC 2 compliance. Goal: Develop a comprehensive understanding of SOC 2 compliance requirements and provide actionable recommendations to help Set2Close achieve compliance, with emphasis on the HubSpot CRM platform.
