- What is the main goal for this project?

We want students to help us create content aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
We offer workshops such as Indigenous Parenting and Understanding Trauma and offer blanket exercises. We are looking for a group, team, or class with diverse backgrounds, one or more being indigenous. We want an interactive workshop on positive things the Companies, organizations and participants can do to help in the healing process. I get asked all the time. "What can I do?" We want to be able to offer this workshop. We are calling it the butterfly effects—Kamamak Means butterfly in Cree. Caterpillars have so much challenging work in the cocoon before it becomes a free beautiful butterfly.

- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Research what positive things are being done now and what can be done moving forward in supporting the Indigenous people.
- Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
- You will be working on creation for our organization, including videos, breakout rooms, and PowerPoint presentations that can be done chiefly virtually but can be adapted to in-person, as well as items we can use as go-to marketing tools.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, who supervises and is available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
I will set up a weekly meeting and be available if anything arises between those weeks.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

A student or team with excellent writing, research and power point skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
Someone indigenous with lived experience would be a good balance in this development.
Have the desire to help people understand that change needs to happen and believe in the atrocities done to Indigenous people.
