What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of the project is to help Atlas 28 grow its client base through outbound lead generation strategies. This will involve several different tasks & responsibilities for the learners, including:


  • Researching the target audience and potential leads in the beauty, jewelry & apparel niches
  • Leverage provided tools to source key information on potential e-commerce business owners
  • Support in building out a comprehensive outbound lead generation strategy
  • Implement the strategy through various channels such as email and social media outreach
  • Reach out to leads via Instagram DM with pre-written scripts and templates
  • Manage lead outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
  • Track outreach figures and response rates daily in a CRM 
  • Follow up promptly with leads who respond to outreach
  • Identify ways to improve lead outreach processes & make adjustments as needed to optimize results


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


  • Outreach to several hundreds of new businesses with the primary goal of engaging leads and booking meetings
  • Ongoing analysis of the strategy's effectiveness and daily tracking of results with regular recommendations for optimization



Final deliverables should include:


  • A comprehensive report outlining the outbound lead generation strategy, implementation process, and results analysis
  • Any templates, scripts, or materials used in the implementation of the strategy
How will you support learners in completing the project?

We offer students 1-on-1 mentorship with the founder, Emma, based on their interests. Strong focus on entrepreneurship, personal development, career development, marketing, sales, etc. We provide ongoing training, access to new tools, and additional recommendations individual to the student.
