- What is the main goal for this project?

In recent months, focus has been put on bolstering the business YouTube page, with a planned addition of vlog-style videos.
Tasks may involve:
- Brainstorming various ideas for the video structure and content, and creating a storyboard for what the video will look like.
- Communicating with the team with regards to video startegy
- Filming and editing the final videos.
In-person filming will require following around a team member for a handful of days, to capture content suitable for multiple videos.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Ideally, 3-5 filmed and edited videos would be completed within the project.
This includes the in-person film days, as well as the background editing process.
Specific deadlines can be modified for the student if needed.
You will also have the added benefit of working for a reputable, rapidly growing company, with massive social media reach. This is a great opportunity as a future reference for career progression.
If talent is sufficient, full-time or part-time career opportunities within Combat Fitness are also available.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- What are Combat Fitness’s values and how do we promote them?
- What is the organizational culture like at Combat Fitness? Why is it beneficial to those who work for us?
- Are there any specific points, or segments that should be mentioned/included in the video?
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Scripting and creative writing.
- Videography and post-production.
Nice to haves for students include
- Experience using iMovie (insert preferred editing or post-production software and platforms).
Again, students can complete this project without any of the prior knowledge listed here. Students will be expected to research and learn more about this above as the project goes along.
