Our new direction emphasizes scalable, revenue-generating training programs that address systemic barriers while driving business growth.
We need a website redesign that reflects this shift, communicates our expertise in culturally responsive curriculum design, and attracts our target audience effectively. Students will collaborate with our team to create a modern, inclusive, and conversion-optimized website that aligns with our rebranding strategy.
Key Deliverables:
- Brand-Aligned Website Design
- Redesign the homepage to highlight our focus on BIPOC women in Ontario and profit-driven curriculum solutions.
- Ensure visuals, colors, and messaging reflect inclusivity, professionalism, and entrepreneurial energy.
Content Strategy & SEO Optimization
- Rewrite service pages to emphasize corporate training, membership programs, and ROI-driven curriculum design.
- Optimize for keywords like:
- “Curriculum design for BIPOC women entrepreneurs Canada”
- “Profit-focused training programs Ontario”
Lead Generation Tools
- Design high-conversion CTAs (e.g., “Book a Free Profit Strategy Session”).
- Integrate a resource library (e.g., free templates, case studies) to capture leads.
Inclusive UX/UI
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility (e.g., alt text, readable fonts).
- Feature testimonials/case studies from BIPOC women clients.
Local Visibility (Ontario Focus)
- Add a “Serving Ontario” section with location-specific landing pages (Toronto, Ottawa, etc.).
Student Tasks/Skills Needed:
- Web Design/Development: Wireframing, WordPress/Webflow redesign.
- Content Writing: SEO-friendly, culturally resonant copy.
- UX/UI Design: Inclusive, mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Digital Marketing: Lead magnet integration, CTA optimization.
Project Impact:
Students will gain real-world experience in profit-centric rebranding, DEI-centered design, and entrepreneurial web strategy, while directly supporting BIPOC women in business.

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
