intranet portal internal communications training and development usability user interface (ui) user interface (ui) design management employee satisfaction operations brandingAlternatives Inc seeks to enhance internal communication and streamline access to essential HR resources by developing a user-friendly intranet platform. The current challenge is the lack of a centralized system where employees can easily find company policies, benefits information, and access HR-related functions such as training and development. This project aims to create a cohesive digital space that improves efficiency and employee satisfaction. The platform should be intuitive, ensuring that employees can navigate it with minimal training. The project will involve designing a user interface that aligns with the company's branding and integrating existing HR systems for seamless functionality.
The project deliverables include a fully functional intranet platform that allows employees to access company policies, benefits, and HR functions. The deliverables will also include a user interface design, integration with existing HR systems and google platforms, and a user guide for employees. Additionally, a testing phase will be conducted to ensure the platform's usability and functionality.
