What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create and work on a marketing strategy for Littl, a company dedicated to empowering parents on their journey to become the best parent versions of themselves, fostering a nurturing environment for their children's growth. This will involve several different steps for the Marketing intern, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competition.


- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan including digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.


- Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.


- Analyzing the performance of marketing efforts and making recommendations for improvement.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, the Marketing intern should complete the following tasks:


- A detailed market research report including insights on the target audience and competition.


- A comprehensive marketing plan outlining the strategies and tactics to be used.


- Executed marketing campaigns with documented performance analysis and improvement recommendations.



Final deliverables should include:


- All marketing materials created during the internship.


- A final report explaining the marketing strategy development process and outcomes.


How will you support learners in completing the project?

In order to successfully complete this project, the Marketing intern should have or be willing to learn:


- Market research and analysis skills.


- Digital marketing and social media management.


- Content creation and strategy.


- Data analysis and reporting.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Nice to haves for the Marketing intern include:


- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content creation software.



The Marketing intern will be expected to research and learn more about the above skills as the project progresses.
