- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Primary Tasks:
- Analyzing investment opportunities by reviewing Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and make investment recommendations
- Identifying opportunities for investment in specific industries or geographic regions
- Conducting due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing financial statements and industry/market trends
- Perform market analysis and research: quantitative and qualitative data to help drive decisions
Secondary Tasks:
- Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our product offering
- Assist in the development of and suggest improvements to our online marketplace
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help generate, update, and post social media and website content
- Draft new and edit existing reports to support business need
- Participate in and take notes during meetings
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Ad hoc projects to help drive business decisions

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with two business partners who are supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
