We can support learners with providing time with our current HR team members, access to the tools and process that we are currently using. Daily we have huddles with team members to review our wins, loses, and ways for continuous improvement.
We are open to offering other support and mentorship opportunities that are not mentioned above.

Southland Trailer Corp. manufactures trailer transportation products. We have three brands and produce up to nine different trailer types from dump, and flat deck, to gravel trailers and car/toy haulers. The company was started in 1980 and has grown to be one of the largest light industrial trailer manufacturers in Canada. It is still a private family owned business.
