Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking to unite with a university to provide a meaningful learning opportunity that invites us to apply theory to real-world scenarios. We are seeking enthusiastic business students who want to use their consulting skills, tools and methodologies to make a difference.

We are open to feedback about areas of focus, as we would like our assigned person or team to analyze our business comprehensively. We have shared a few high-priority goals and desired benefits below to help guide you:

Mission: We want to achieve international recognition for our brand and to be able to design excellent processes that are affordable, accessible, and scalable. Creativity is universal—we want everyone around the globe to experience it! We want to provide creative solutions for all creators worldwide.

Problem:

Our project addresses the problem of how to connect independent artists and creators and their audiences in both physical and digital spaces.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

(1) Develop/refine a business plan; for example, for a new social enterprise.

(2) Develop an outreach strategy; for example, a strategy to attract new stakeholder groups.

(3) Examine the feasibility of creating a social enterprise for revenue generation - for example, do a critical analysis of a potential startup.

(4) Receive pro-bono consulting services provided by students, alumni or faculty members interested in making an impact through their work.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

Access to studio use is a benefit and value we encourage students to take for a more hands-on feel with what Rhozeland is about.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (list expected channels - e.g. Discord messaging, company drive, email)

Primary contact: (Michael Lé, Chairman)
