What is the main goal for this project?

You will play a vital role in managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, monitoring online conversations, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives. Identify target audience segments, determine appropriate social media platforms, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Curate relevant content from external sources to provide value to our audience. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
  3. Account Management: Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop a content calendar and schedule posts using social media management tools. Regularly monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with our online community. Proactively engage with followers, answer questions, address concerns, and encourage user-generated content. Implement strategies to increase follower growth, reach, and engagement.
  5. Social Listening and Monitoring: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and relevant conversations. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Use social listening tools to gain insights, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for engagement or content creation.
  6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to share performance data, trends, and recommendations with the team and management.
  7. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media advertising campaigns. Develop targeted ad strategies, create compelling ad copies, set up ad campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize ads for maximum results.
  8. Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and industry thought leaders. Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand brand reach, drive engagement, and generate user-generated content.
