What is the main goal for this project?

We would like to be known as an organization that values the development of our people and values. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to:

  • Design training materials
  • Help us with areas we could implement ways the onboarding process could go smoother with employees
  • Create a comprehensive journey map to identify gaps in training and development in order to increase performance and efficiency with our current employees and new hires.

We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we we like to hear from you on insights on recommended training and development areas.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

We would like students to provide us with a high-level training design and materials based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. In addition, we would also like a comprehensive journey map to outline the steps of hiring and training process.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. There will be occasional meetings with students.
