PharmaServ, an innovative healthcare technology company, is expanding its operations into the Ontario market. The project aims to develop a comprehensive market entry strategy by leveraging data analysis and market research. The team will focus on identifying potential partners, decision-makers, and opportunities within hospitals, clinics, CROs, and health innovation hubs in Ontario. The project will involve organizing and analyzing lead and contact data from CRM systems and spreadsheets, as well as conducting targeted research to support PharmaServ's outreach and business development initiatives. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in business development, data analysis, and strategic planning within the healthcare technology sector.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include working on a segmented list of leads for outreach campaigns and supporting the implementation of the strategic plan for CRM and outreach support. Additionally, the team will prepare campaign summaries and reports to track engagement and responses, providing valuable insights to support PharmaServ's sales funnel and market entry strategy. THere will be email campaigns, follow ups and so on
