The project aims to develop a comprehensive training and onboarding curriculum for K-12 educators to effectively utilize MyCuraJOY, a tool designed to tailor instruction for students with FBA (Functional Behavioral Assessments) and BIP (Behavior Intervention Plans) for special education students and those without formal diagnoses. The curriculum will empower educators to seamlessly integrate MyCuraJOY into their teaching practices, ensuring compliance with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requirements. By providing clear guidance and practical strategies, the project seeks to enhance educators' ability to personalize learning experiences, thereby improving educational outcomes for all students. The curriculum will include step-by-step instructions, best practices, and case studies to illustrate successful implementation.
