What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to evaluate the current onboarding process at Apparel Redefined and make improvements to enhance the experience for new employees. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Interviewing current employees to gather feedback on the existing onboarding process.


- Analyzing the current onboarding materials and procedures.


- Researching best practices for employee onboarding in the industry.


- Developing a proposal for improvements to the onboarding process.


- Presenting the proposal to the management team for approval.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A report summarizing feedback from current employees and an analysis of the current onboarding process.


- A proposal for improvements to the onboarding process, including new materials or procedures.


- A presentation to the management team outlining the proposed changes and the rationale behind them.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive report detailing the current onboarding process, feedback from employees, and the proposed improvements.


- A presentation deck with visuals to support the proposed changes and a detailed explanation of the rationale.


How will you support learners in completing the project?

There will be weekly meeting or bi-weekly meetings as needed. Students will connect with myself (CEO) for support and questions

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to successfully complete this project, learners should have the following skills:


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing employees and presenting to the management team.


- Research skills to gather best practices for employee onboarding.


- Analytical skills to evaluate the current onboarding process and identify areas for improvement.
