(A recent EcoAmbassadeurs' initiative) is a home care service provider dedicated to providing exceptional care to the Ajax, Pickering, and Whitby communities. We are a mission-driven organization that values professionalism, integrity, and excellence. We are seeking to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance market penetration, community engagement and client acquisition. The project aims to develop a detailed marketing plan that will cover both traditional local marketing and digital marketing. This could include but not limited to newsletters, flyers, SEO optimization, social media management, and promotional events tailored to these specific municipalities. The goal is to increase visibility and participation in this new initiatives, fostering a stronger connection with local communities. This project provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools and communication skills. The team will focus on creating a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Dany Health Care Services' mission of promoting accessible and quality care for seniors at their home.
The project deliverables will include a marketing strategy document outlining
- Analysis of the target market area
- Branding and messaging
- Traditional Marketing and community outreach (Print media engagement techniques and promotional activities)
- Local advertising
- Digital marketing (SEO techniques, Lead generation and nurturing, social media plans, email marketing)
Additionally, students will include a community marketing plan that highlights engagement tactics and ideal promotional activities. The final deliverables should be actionable and ready for implementation, providing DANY Health Care Services with a clear roadmap that will enhance their outreach efforts.

FED - FRANCOPHONES POUR UN ENVIRONNEMENT DURABLE, Inc., operating under the name "EcoAmbassadeurs", is a non-profit Francophone organization that offers programs and services to the Francophone community of Toronto in the areas of social, economic and civic development.
Mission: To collaborate with various partners to meet priority educational, social, economic and ecological needs and to promote the development of Francophone and Francophile communities.
Vision: To create a world where members of Afro-descendant communities have equitable access to all opportunities.
We work collaboratively, in an inclusive and complementary manner, with other organizations to offer adapted and diversified services and activities in various areas including health, education, entrepreneurship, settlement and the environment. The development and leadership of Francophone and Francophone youth, families and professionals are our priorities. We pay particular attention to disadvantaged and underrepresented groups.EcoAmbassadeurs' mission is to create economic, civic and ecological opportunities for community members and to foster the development of Francophone and Francophile communities in an inclusive manner.
Our primary clientele is Francophone youth, with a focus on racialized, marginalized and Francophone youth located in Toronto. Our programming reaches over 500 Francophone youth in Toronto, 70% of whom are racialized Black Francophone youth who face economic barriers that prevent their participation in paid activities.
