Campus Creators aims to expand its ambassador recruitment efforts across key Canadian provinces, including Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The goal is to enhance ambassador numbers and brand presence within these regions by attracting dynamic and motivated student ambassadors. The project involves researching effective recruitment strategies tailored to each province's unique educational landscape and student culture. Learners will analyze current recruitment trends, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to attract top talent. By leveraging classroom knowledge in marketing, communication, and cultural studies, the team will develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Campus Creators' objectives. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply theoretical concepts to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of regional market dynamics and recruitment processes.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed report outlining the proposed recruitment strategies for each target province, supported by data-driven insights and recommendations. Additionally, learners will create a presentation summarizing their findings and proposed strategies, which will be presented to Campus Creators' management team. The deliverables will also include a set of promotional materials tailored to each province, designed to attract potential ambassadors effectively. Lastly, learners will execute on this recruitment strategy using social media (paid, organic and messaging) to increase application numbers.
