What is the main goal for this project?

The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
  • Implementation- Provide customer service and implementation support through the period.
  • Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share; for the student(s) to help us capture new revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us secure new funding.
  • Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.
  • Customer service- For the student(s) to make phone calls and meeting with potential partners


How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?
  1. Communication: Excellent communication skills are fundamental in customer service. Students should be able to communicate clearly, empathetically, and actively listen to customers' needs and concerns.
