The goal of this project is to create a social media campaign for EdTek Services with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses on LinkedIn. The campaign material will be re-used for Facebook and email marketing campaigns where possible.Deliverables will include marketing graphics highlighting a specific product or service (example uploaded below). Or, if the intern's skills allow, 20-30-second video clips that highlight a specific product or service.
Website Page Creation
Our company has been serving thousands of customers for decades. However, our current website requires updating. We would like to collaborate with students to create new pages that help users navigate the site and find up-to-date information.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Review our competitor's websites and identify and research useful web pages that can be included on our website.Creating new pages for the website, with our assistance in providing the content.Reviewing and updating old web pages to ensure consistency of information.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending potential upgrades or features that can be included in the website

We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers.We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
Real Estate Pro Forma Creation and Analysis
Our firm, MiddleHouse, is a start up focused on creating housing solutions in Toronto. The project will involve using our existing pro forma and expanding it's functionality to include analysis for different condo and rental strategies. This will involve:Extensive knowledge of Excel.Using mathematical and statistical tools to analyze private and public data.Evaluating metrics associated with the risk level of our company such as interest rate volatility, correlations for returns, cash flows and input constraints such as construction and land costs.Building a financial risk model including sensitivity analysis to determine the reliability of the model’s findings.Creating a report to present the results and recommendations from various forms of analysis to be presented to the project manager.
Website Development
Our company mandate is to construct fourplexes plus possible ADUs ( garden suites or laneway suites ) in the city of Toronto, to address the housing shortage and affordability. These can be either for rentals or condos, depending on each site's business case.We have full branding and the website completed, and now focused on establishing a structure to increase the site exposure and tracking. In addition for phase two we will be adding a blog feature and other media strategies to advance our firm's presence as a leader in this new market. The current site was built with Squarespace, but we are open to student's experience on alternatives to better meet our future needs. The current site is www.middlehouse.ca. Architectural design and drawings for Missing Middle prototype
Refine current prototype design and create design and 3D in AutoCAD / SketchUP or other architectural platform. Result will be used to show investors prototype and pro forma to make business case.The firm, Middlehouse, is focused on creating multiplex and ADU solutions, either as rentals or condominiums for the Toronto area.End result should be a complete design and 3D model for the entire project.

This system should be able to track customer interactions, manage customer data, and provide insights into customer behavior. The system should also be able to integrate with other existing systems, such as the Learning Management System (LMS) and the multimedia library.
