Description

Toronto has a real housing crisis, in terms of lack of homes and affordability. Currently the real estate industry, due largely to zoning restrictions, was limited to urban sprawl or high density options. Thankfully, the city has responded and now there is a real opportunity to create an alternative in the form of the missing middle. Realizing these challenges but also an opportunity to lead the change, we created MiddleHouse to create fourplexes and ADUs, so people at all ages can live in low-rise, but higher density options in quiet neighbourhoods.. At MiddleHouse, we have a passion for cities, the environment, vibrant walkable neighbourhoods and projects that respect both neighbours and the street.
